S4 - Increase Power Output

14 Nov - From 09:00 to 10:50

Introduction

Increasing power output is difficult. It depends on your site, turbines, contract etc. It is also very difficult to measure and it could also have a very negative impact on critical component’s lifetime. Then again, for those who have millions invested in wind turbines, it is also the most obvious topic to focus on!

Your moderator for this roundtable

A skilled moderator, selected from our members, will be added soon.

We will recruit a social person who is dedicated to sharing and knowledgeable in his/her field. O2O WIND usually hosts these discussions, but we have asked our dear members to help us in Madrid.

Is this your cup of tea?

Are these the challenges you are expected to develop in your professional role?

  • What are the most effective strategies for increasing wind turbine efficiency?

  • How can adjusting turbine control settings optimize energy production?

  • What role does wake management play in optimizing wind farm production?

  • How can predictive maintenance reduce downtime and improve performance?

  • What digital tools provide the most value in optimizing turbine output?

  • How can existing turbines be upgraded to improve efficiency?

  • What operational strategies help maximize energy capture?

  • How can SCADA data be better utilized for performance optimization?

  • What are the biggest barriers to increasing turbine output, and how can they be overcome?

  • How can collaboration among wind asset owners drive performance improvements?

Joining this discussion with identical peers from other WTG owners will give you a broader understanding, an expanded network and valuable insights.
