This hotel is recommended by your lazy peers at Enel Green Power, who will have to walk three minutes to the event from their office😀. They recommend this hotel to all companies coming to their headquarters, think they will hold excellent events, it is not too expensive and has good transport connections to the city centre. You’ll get there in a 7-minute taxi ride from the airport.

Before the event
Register your team
First you register your team. When registering your team you simply let us know who from your company will join. At this stage you are only sharing email adress, name, mobile etc. Once we have received your booking we will send an individual email to each and everyone in that booking asking for their choice of roundtables and top challenges for each chosen roundtable. This is explained under the next headline below. To register your team click “Register” on the banner above.
Choosing roundtables and submitting your top challenge
Once you have registered your team, an individual email will be sent to everyone on your booking. People prefer different things, and we are service-minded, so we offer you different choices for how to share this information with us:
The social approach - arrange a 15-minute meeting to present your roundtable choices and top challenges orally. A link will be given in the email to schedule such a meeting.
The offline approach - download a Word template, complete it offline, and send it to us. A link to this Word template will be found in the email.
The online approach - complete a form. Option 1: Choose roundtables now and submit your top challenge later. Option 2: Choose roundtables and top challenges in one go.
Please note that the quality of the discussions is directly related to our roundtable participants sharing a detailed description of their top challenges. Furthermore, your value from joining this event will increase with a more detailed description as your peers can share more detailed input.
Avoid formulating grand and mighty challenges with the ambition to impress your peers. Maybe you will impress the less experienced people in the room, but you will have less input from the more experienced ones.
Practical, detailed and concrete challenges will give you practical, detailed and concrete feedback.
The agenda for each roundtable
With this input, we will compile an agenda for each roundtable. Before the event, you will receive an agenda for each selected roundtable. Each agenda will include who the other participants are and what their top challenges are for the specific roundtable. A fictive example is found on this link: Agenda for S1 - Digitalizing Supply Chain
Moderations of our roundtables
Our dear O2O WIND members have rolled up their sleeves and will help us moderate our roundtables. To see which persons are moderating the roundtables you have chosen, you can either go directly to each roundtable or see the complete list of moderators on this list.
During the event
Bring your laptop
Organizing many physical owner-to-owners meetings, we have noticed that our participants often want to show pictures, graphs or reports to make discussions more detailed and valuable. We have solved this by creating an online meeting and connecting everyone, even if they are in the same room. If someone wants to show anything from their computer, they share their screen, and everyone around the table will see it. So, bring your laptop.
Before joining the event, you will receive invitations to the roundtable you have chosen and before arriving to Madrid your calendar might look like this:
Please note that we are creating these online meeting rooms to support screen-sharing among those around the table. The event only accepts physical participation its not possible to join via link.
Participants formulating key findings
When five minutes remain of a session, we will ask you in a loud and clear voice to share the main insights you gained from participating in the roundtable. Although you have had good discussions around the table and created an excellent atmosphere, we think these minutes are well-invested. We will then share them anonymously with other participants. Please write clearly so that even those not involved in the discussion understand the entire text.
In our fictive example: Agenda for S1 - Digitalizing Supply Chain, you will find a form field at the bottom in which main findings will be shared.
After the event
After the event, we will distribute all main findings from all roundtables. A evaluation will be sent out and you will have the complete list of participants with complete contact information.
